Order Collection times:

All orders will be done on the date shown on the product and on your order.
We work on a first in first out bases.
The date will adjust according to the orders placed before.

Operating Hours:

We operate Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. We do not process or print any files outside of these hours.

FILE UPLOADS

We no longer accept Canva links for DTF printing. We have had too many problems with poor quality artwork and backgrounds that were not removed correctly.

We only have the Sheet Builder and PNG file upload options available now.

If your browser gets stuck on processing please follow these steps:

1. Clear your browser Cache
2. Log in to your account first.
3. Add one sheet to the cart and go to cart, then click checkout.
4. Navigate back to the product section and create a new sheet.
5. Repeat the above for all your sheets. This reduces the load sent from your browser to upload and won’t cause a timeout or memory problem.

This is only experienced by some users at the moment, and seems to solve the issue while the developers are working on the solution.
