Description
Full Artwork Specifications:
- DO NOT Flip or Mirror: Upload your artwork exactly as you want it printed.
- Resolution: Submit your artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI for high-quality results.
- Exact Size: Prepare your design at A4 size (210mm x 297mm). Allow a 2-3mm variation in the final printed dimensions, and note that we do not resize or alter image dimensions.
- Color Mode: Use RGB color mode. If you submit a CMYK or spot color file, it will be converted to RGB, which may impact color accuracy.
- Background Removal: If you don’t want a background to be printed, ensure it is removed from the design. Any visible background will print as part of the artwork.
- Fine Detail Requirements: Avoid using details smaller than 2mm, as tiny elements may not transfer well. For the best results, add a stroke or make small details thicker.
- Transparency and Gradients: Effects like transparency, drop shadows, or gradients do not print as displayed on-screen; please remove these from your artwork.
Accepted File Formats: Bitmap, JPEG, PNG, SVG.

- Refunds & Exchanges: Custom-printed items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Color Disclaimer: Monitor colors can differ from printed output. Check your colors carefully before uploading, as we are not responsible for color accuracy. RGB files will be converted to CMYKW for printing, which may affect color tones.
- Resolution & Edge Quality: Ensure high-resolution, smooth edges in your design to prevent pixelation or blurring in the print.
