Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or reprint
Reprints and Refunds on printed sheets will only be done if the print quality is below our standard. This includes banding, bad film or missing colours. We cannot refund or reprint due to colour matching problems, incorrect sizes, or wrong images.
Refunds will be done on the same payment method as the order was initially made with. We will not refund into different bank accounts. Refunds can take 2 to 7 working days to reflect into your account depending on each Bank.
