Terms and Conditions of Sale


1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on this website, you (the “Customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms govern your purchase of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Sublimation printing services and outline the limitations and responsibilities for both parties.

2. Order Confirmation
By submitting your artwork and completing your order, you authorize us to print the files exactly as provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the artwork meets all specifications, as outlined below, before submitting. We do not modify, adjust, or correct artwork files in any way beyond minor resizing (5–10mm) to fit within specified print borders.

3. Artwork Specifications
All artwork must meet the following specifications:

  • Resolution: Files should be submitted in 300–900 DPI for DTF and a minimum of 300 DPI for Sublimation.
  • File Size: Artwork should match the exact size of the ordered sheet, with no resizing required.
  • File Format: All artwork must be submitted in RGB format. CMYK and spot colors will be converted to RGB, which may impact color accuracy.
  • Background Removal: If backgrounds are not desired in the final print, they must be removed before submission. Any visible background will be printed as part of the artwork.
  • Transparency and Gradients: Transparency effects, gradients, and shadows do not transfer well in the printing process and should be removed before submission.
  • Fine Details: Text and other fine details under 2mm may not transfer well and may require adjustment to ensure clarity in the final print.

4. Quality Assurance and Limitations
While we strive to ensure high-quality output, we cannot guarantee the final result if the artwork does not meet the provided specifications. Issues related to low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions, or unremoved backgrounds are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Reprints
Due to the custom nature of each print, refunds, exchanges, or reprints are only offered in cases where a printing error has occurred on our part. Issues such as incorrect sizing, visible backgrounds, or low-quality files do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

6. Customer Responsibility for File Accuracy
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that all artwork is correct before submitting the order. By completing the checkout process, you confirm that your artwork files are print-ready and that all aspects—including size, resolution, background, and color—are accurate. We may reach out if we identify potential issues with the files provided, but we are not responsible for verifying the intent or application of your artwork.

7. Color Accuracy
Colors may vary between on-screen representation and printed output due to the RGB to CMYKW conversion process used in printing. We recommend verifying colors in your file and ensuring they are saved correctly. Please note that color matching cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for color discrepancies between digital proofs and printed items.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own all rights to the files provided or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce the designs. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization, and any legal responsibility for intellectual property rights remains with the Customer.

9. Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from errors in artwork preparation, color accuracy, or quality of the original files provided. In cases where a printing error has occurred on our part, our sole responsibility is to reprint the affected order or offer a refund for the faulty item, at our discretion.

10. Payment Terms
We process payments through the Payfast payment gateway, which offers instant payment confirmation. Orders are processed once we receive confirmation from Payfast that the payment has been successfully completed.

11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been printed. Cancellations must be made either through email or via the My Account page. Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

12. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: Customers may select a delivery option at checkout. Orders ready by the selected courier’s cut-off time will be dispatched on the same day. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier after handover.
  • Pickup: Customers will be notified when their order is complete and ready for pickup at our shop location.

13. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to reach out via email at print@bizinbox.co.za to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, third-party mediators or arbitrators may be employed.

14. Privacy and Data Security
Customer data is used solely for order processing and arranging courier services as requested. Users may request data deletion at any time, in line with our commitment to data security and privacy.

15. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of posting.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
